A kinder, more accepting society...?

I heard news of a parade coming up. I also caught glimpses of the uniform the paraders will be wearing... the icon for the parade seems to bear some semblance of, hold your breath now... A RAINBOW! Gasp!

Could this be the first parade that celebrates the "alternative strata" in our once conservative and ostracizing society? At long last! A kinder, more accepting society! I can't believe I'd live to see this day...
